Please don’t rely solely on your navigation devices, because they could try to find shortcut through the closed gate and that’s why 78km turning point is the most reliable. Especially, if you arrive from Pärnu direction, you should navigate to Käru and arriving to Tallinn-Rapla-Türi-Viljandi road, again to Toosikannu. See location on Google Maps.
