Karupahna holiday house lies in the middle of a quiet forest, surrounded by the kingdom of deer and its many inhabitants – with nearly 500 red deer living here! This is a true escape into nature – an ideal place for those who value privacy, peace, and authentic experiences.
From here, you can set out on a forest trail to discover the deer up close, or take your own car on a wildlife safari to experience nature in its purest form.
PRIVATE FOREST SPA
Both the sauna and hot tub are included in the price. On request, we can heat the sauna to be ready at your preferred time, and you can even order traditional birch whisks for an authentic sauna experience.
The outdoor area and terrace are made for moments of peace – relax in a hammock or lounge chair and enjoy the tranquility with a morning coffee or a cup of hot chocolate in hand.

- Karupahna holiday house can be booked as a whole unit, giving you privacy and peace in the heart of nature with only your group around.
- The house accommodates up to 16 guests and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
- Rooms: On the first floor: 1 room with a wide double bed and a sofa bed for two. 1 room with two single beds and a sofa bed for two.
On the second floor: one large bedroom with 8 single beds - Bathrooms: WC and WC/shower room
- Living room: open atrium, fireplace, extendable dining table, armchairs, cozy seating area
- Kitchen: electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer
- Terrace: outdoor fireplace, garden furniture, swings
- Sauna & hot tub: wood-heated Finnish sauna and hot tub (included in the price; heating service available for an extra fee)
- Outdoor area: grass volleyball court, children’s playground, pétanque, archery targets (available from spring to autumn)
- Extras: direct access to a forest trail and a woodland hut

If you have made a booking through Toosikannu’s website or by phone and you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation email there, please email us at info@toosikannu.ee or call
+372 489 8160 and we will send you a confirmation of your booking.
If you used a third party booking service, please contact the service provider directly.
From what age is the child surcharge added to the room rate?
The surcharge applies from the age of 6. A child is defined as a person up to 13 years old.
How do I cancel or change my booking?

What time is check-in and check-out in Toosikannu?
Check-in starts at 15:00, check-out lasts until 11:00.
Do you allow pets?
We are animal friendly and well-behaved pets are always welcome. If you are coming to stay with your pet, please let us know beforehand. The fee for pets is €25 per night.
What time is breakfast?
A fresh and hearty breakfast is served to guests staying in the main building and the Granary House in the Fireplace Lounge from 8:00-11:00. Guests staying in Karupahna and Ale-Sepa are served breakfast in their house at 8:00.
