Toosikannu Nature Park & Hotel house rules and regulations
Check-in and Check-out
All guests must fill out a registration card — either electronically during online check-in or on-site.
The registration card must be completed fully and correctly. The hotel has the right to refuse accommodation if the form is missing or incomplete.
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior agreement and according to the hotel’s price list.
When leaving, please settle payment for all services used during your stay.
The hotel does not accommodate individuals who disturb public order or whose behavior may bother other guests.

Groups

Payment
Accommodation must be paid for at check-in according to the invoice issued.
All additional services used during the stay must be paid for at check-out.
All major international credit and debit cards are accepted.
The hotel is not obliged to accept foreign currency, checks, or less common cards.
Reservations
Reservations are guaranteed until 18:00. If you plan to arrive later, please notify the hotel at info@toosikannu.ee or call +372 489 8160.
Reservation confirmation
All reservations made through the Toosikannu website or by phone will be confirmed by email.
If you don’t receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder.
If it’s not there, contact us and we will resend it.
If the reservation was made through a third party (e.g. Booking.com, Hookusbookus.com), please contact that service provider directly.
Changing or cancelling a reservation
For changes or cancellations, contact the hotel by email or phone.
Aidamaja & Main House rooms

Extra Person Fee
Room prices apply to 1–4 guests depending on room type.
An additional adult costs 30 € (extra bed + breakfast).
Any visitors who are not registered as guests must leave by 23:00 or register themselves.
A maximum of two unregistered visitors may stay in the room at one time.
Children
- Children up to 3 years old stay free in bed with parents.

Baby cot available free for children up to 3 years old.

Children 4–15 years old – 20 € extra fee (extra bed available on request).
Minors Staying at the Hotel
Guests must be at least 16 years old to stay independently.
A written consent from a guardian is required (email or other written form).
The consent must include:

Minor’s full name

Date of birth

Arrival and departure dates

Guardian’s name and contact details
Without these details, minors cannot be accommodated.
Parents’/guardian’s contact info will always be added to the reservation.
The minor must fill out the registration card as usual.
The hotel and staff are not responsible for the activities or safety of a minor staying alone.
Guests under 16 can only stay with an adult.
Breakfast

Guests of the Main House and Aidamaja: breakfast served in the Fireplace Hall 08:00–10:00

Guests of Karupahna and Ale-Sepa houses: breakfast delivered to the house at 08:00
Smoking Policy
The hotel follows a smoke-free policy. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking in rooms or other prohibited areas is strictly forbidden.
Pets
Pets are welcome, but please inform the hotel when booking so a suitable room can be arranged.
Pets are allowed only in designated rooms and additional fees and rules may apply.
Pet owner responsibilities:

Full responsibility for the pet, including damages and health-related issues

Pets must be on a leash in public areas and outdoors

Pets are welcome in the café if they don’t disturb other guests

Pets may not be left alone in rooms; if you must step out briefly, place the pet in a crate and inform staff

Clean up after your pet — waste must be bagged and placed in a trash bin
Parking
The parking area is for hotel guests and their visitors.
The hotel may remove vehicles that belong to non-guests or pose a safety risk.
The area is monitored by security cameras, but the hotel is not responsible for cars or items left inside them.
Safety and Personal Belongings
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to unattended personal belongings.
Public areas and parking are monitored by video surveillance to help ensure safety.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00.
Disturbing other guests or staff with noise, bright lights, or mechanical/electronic devices is not allowed.
Handling Complaints
If you notice any issues with the services provided, please submit a complaint as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks after discovering the issue.
Send your complaint to info@toosikannu.ee and include:

Order/reservation number

Detailed description of the issue
Keep all purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) as proof.
Without documentation, the hotel may decline the complaint.
All complaints will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 15 days of the hotel receiving your message.
