Venison and deer products of Toosikannu
Our venison and deer products cannot be found anywhere else, because quantities are limited. For some products, we have used the help of partners, but the raw materials are still our own, from the pure forest of Toosikannu. Deer delicacies are suitable both as a tasty snack and as an ingredient in dishes. A selection of our products is included in the Toosikannu meat selection on the menu, and you can also buy them from us.
Semi dry smoked sausages
The selection includes Italian salami, Chorizo, Krakauer, Pastrami & Pfefferjäger, cigar and cheese-garlic semi-smoked sausage.
Venison ham
Venison ham, Pastrami ham and Pepper ham are packed in vacuum packaging and sold per kilo.
Canned venison
Canned venison is perfect on a sandwich or in food. You can add, for example, radishes to taste.
Smoky BBQ leg of venison
The exclusive deer leg weighs about 5 kilos and is suitable for a group of at least 10 people
Toosikannu deer liver pate
The liver pate, produced in our kitchen is very high-rated by our customers.
Hirvesarv koerale
Toosikannu Wildlife Park is home to wild red deer that shed their antlers every spring. Therefore, this product does not harm the health or well-being of the animal.
Sauna drinks
Toosikannu 0 is a crisp and hoppy non-alcoholic lager beer. For enjoying on site and to take away, also available in a giftbox of four cans.
Deer antler souvenirs
It is possible to make deer antler souvenirs or a jewelry for yourself or for your friend, if you have ordered a deer antler workshop for a group.
