Collection and processing of personal data
We do not knowingly collect the personal data of minors. We also do not collect data relating to sensitive categories such as health, ethnicity, political or religious beliefs. Clients should not provide such information.
The Privacy Policy applies to www.toosikannu.ee, which is registered as the official website of Toosikannu Holiday Centre.

-provide our services (e.g. accommodation, conferences, events),

-SCORO and CompuCash (for order management),
-BOUK (for online bookings),
-SMAILY (for sending newsletters).
Depending on the service used, we may ask you to provide mandatory and/or optional data. If you do not provide the required data, it may not be possible to provide the service.
Potential data to be provided by the client:
-Name/contact person – for confirming orders, offers and bookings;
-E-mail address – for managing orders and enquiries, billing;
-Telephone number – for communication in the provision of the service;
-Billing information – company name, address, registry code and VAT reg. number.
Subscription to the newsletter (SMAILY)

-E-mail address
With the client’s consent, these data will be used for direct marketing purposes. You may choose to unsubscribe at any time – a corresponding link is provided at the end of each newsletter.
SMAILY (Sendsmaily OÜ) processes data in accordance with the GDPR (2016/679) and Estonian legislation.
Online bookings (BOUK)
Purchases made via online booking are confidential. The data are processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws. The security of payments made by bank links and bank cards is ensured by an SSL protocol.
Retention of personal data
Data are retained for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which they are collected or until the end of the statutory retention period (e.g. seven years under the Accounting Act).
