On the first floor of the farmhouse, there is a cozy lounge with a fireplace, perfect for enjoying Toosikannu delicacies and hosting gatherings of up to 50 guests. The warm interior and fireplace create a pleasant atmosphere for both more festive occasions and relaxed get-togethers.
The lounge has direct access to the sauna and a terrace with a hot tub—an ideal place to unwind and end the day surrounded by nature.
On the second floor of the holiday house, there is a seminar room that accommodates up to 50 people in theatre style and is perfectly suited for discussions, meetings, and seminars. The layout of the room can be adjusted according to the nature of the event.

Within the Ale-Sepa complex, there is a second building that features a 20-room accommodation area, hosting up to 40 guests in total. The house offers a peaceful and comfortable stay for guests who wish to remain close to the events and activities, while also enjoying the natural surroundings after the day comes to an end.

On the 1.3-hectare outdoor area, you can enjoy a crackling campfire, play volleyball, try archery, organize various team games, or simply relax while listening to birdsong and the rustling forest.
From the ground-floor lounge, you can access the sauna and step out onto a terrace with a hot tub. Extending from the farmhouse is a covered area with natural stone walls, equipped with a gas heating system, allowing you to host a cozy event even when the weather doesn’t favor being outdoors.
