What time is check-in and check-out in Toosikannu?
Check-in starts at 15:00, check-out lasts until 11:00.
Do you allow pets?
We are animal friendly and well-behaved pets are always welcome. If you are coming to stay with your pet, please let us know when booking. The fee for pets is €25 per night.
What time is breakfast?
A fresh and plentiful breakfast is served to guests staying in the main building and the Granary House in the Fireplace Lounge from 8:00-11:00. Guests staying in Karupahna and Ale-Sepa are served breakfast in their house at 8:00.
How can I use my gift card?
To claim your gift card, please email info@toosikannu.ee.
How long is the gift card valid for?
The validity of our gift cards is indicated on the card itself. It will generally be up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
Is the promo code also valid when booking by phone?
Promo or discount codes are only valid for one month when booking online and the promotional price will not be displayed outside the validity period. Only one code can be used at a time and discounts are not cumulative.

Why have I not received a booking confirmation yet?
If you have made a booking through Toosikannu’s website or by phone and you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation email there, please email us at info@toosikannu.ee or call
+372 489 8160 and we will send you a confirmation of your booking.
If you used a third party booking service, please contact the service provider directly.
From what age is the child surcharge added to the room rate?
The surcharge applies from the age of 6. A child is defined as a person up to 13 years old.
How do I cancel or change my booking?

How can I book an experience?
You can book a safari online. To book an ATV or snowmobile tour, please email our sales assistant at info@toosikannu.ee or call +372 489 8160. The minimum number of participants is four.
Can I visit the shooting range with my own gun?
You can take big game shooting tests and participate in organized hunting practice sessions with us.
How can I take part in workshops?
We organise workshops for a minimum of ten people. Keep up to date with our news or ask our sales department, as we occasionally organise public workshops.
What to bring on an ATV tour?
Be sure to bring your driving licence. Protective clothing and rubber boots are available at Toosikannu on request.
Nature Resort

Is it possible to rent reindeer from you?
Toosikannu Nature Resort is home to a herd of red deer, whom we only feed in winter. Nevertheless, these are wild animals that cannot be petted or fed by hand, let alone rented out for entertainment. We do not have any reindeer.
Can I bring my dog on safari?
Yes, you can bring a dog, but please keep it in the car. Deer are more alarmed by people than by cars and usually leave even winter feeding spots as soon as they see people outside, especially if they have dogs with them.
Do I need an SUV for the safari, or will a normal car do?
We have heavy machinery to maintain the grounds and the roads are passable in all seasons, even with a small passenger car. A speed limit of 30 km/h applies.
When can I see the deer?
The peak deer-watching season is in winter, when we feed them and they gather in feeding areas along the observation trail. Fawns are born in May and June when the weather turns warmer and the deer hide away in the forest. During the warmer months, we recommend coming early in the morning or late in the evening when the temperature drops and there are more animals on the move. There have been occasions when the entire deer herd wanders around in the fields in 30+ degree weather without any intention of seeking cover under trees, but situations like this are rare. They are wild animals and are free to decide where and when to make themselves known.
When do the deer eat?
We feed the deer during winter. The feeding round, i.e. when we spread out the silage balls, usually takes place between 10 and 11 in the morning.
Do you organise hunts in Toosikannu?
Toosikannu wildlife reserve is an 800-hectare enclosed area where hunting is not permitted. We also do not offer hunting services outside our territory. You can use our shooting ranges with a group.

Are there still beds available for the Investment Festival?
We do not oversee festival coordination or sell or book accommodation as part of events – this is always handled by the event organisers.
Do you also work in winter?
Yes, accommodation and additional services are available in winter. We can offer winter retreats and Christmas parties for slightly smaller groups than during summer, when the number of participants can reach into the thousands.
