Ale-Sepa Holiday House is located 4 km from the Main Complex of Toosikannu Holiday Centre. This house with honorary history has been renovated to a holiday house with all possibilities to hold a private event. The first mention of a farm with the name of Ale-Sepa took place at 1795.

The holiday complex consists of two main houses. 

Firstly, a Holiday House which is renovated tailored to hold events up to 50 people. 

Secondly, the Accommodation House, which was renovated in 2015 and can house up to 40 people. All the 20 double rooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. Two rooms are wheelchair accessible. 

The holiday complex is located in the centre of Toosikannu Safari Park. You can spot moose and red deer moving around the complex during morning and later in the evening. 

The holiday complex is the perfect place to hold company summer or winter days, weddings, seminars, and training sessions. The rent of the whole complex consists of accommodation for 40 people, and use of Holiday Hall, Seminar Room, sauna, hot tub, and 6 hours of gas radiators.

There is a small kitchenette with all the necessary equipment, but for your comfort we advise to order mouthwatering catering from our own kitchen.

The Holiday House also has a wood stove Finnish sauna and there’s a wooden bath barrel on the porch.

Next to the Holiday House lies a grill shed with a roof, which can accommodate up to 50 seats. The place is equipped with a gas heating system, which makes grilling and spending time under the roof a breeze even if the weather doesn’t favour it. 
The Seminar Hall of Ale-Sepa Holiday House is located on the second floor of the Holiday House and seats up to 35 people in a theatre-style layout. WiFi, a data projector, and a flipchart are provided in the seminar room. The layout of the seminar room can be adjusted to your preference.
