A farm called Ale-Sepa was mentioned first time already in 1795!

Ale-Sepa Holiday House is a countryside meeting venue with accommodation, suitable for private corporate events for 40 people. It’s located in the middle of the forests, in 4,5 km from the central territory of Toosikannu Holiday Center. This old farmhouse with honorary history has been renovated to a holiday house in 2010/2015.

The venue consists of two buildings, a farmhouse and accommodation building. 

Farmhouse

Historical farmhouse was renovated and tailored to hold events for up to 50 people in 2010. The hall is L-shaped, there is a refrigerator, a sink, a sound system and 85-inch TV for presentation or entertainment. There are some trophies on the walls and there is a corona table in the back corner of the hall.

Terrace, sauna and a hot tub

From the hall there is access to a terrace with a sauna and a hot tub, the farmhouse has an attic with stone walls, which can also seat up to 50 people. The shelter is equipped with a gas heating system, which allows you to enjoy the event even if the weather conditions are not favorable for being outdoors. The attic also has a ceiling, which gives the swallows nesting between the rafters the privacy they need.

Accommodation

Accommodation building was built in 2015 and all 20 twin-bedded rooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. Two rooms are wheelchair accessible and there is a wheelchair ramp. Minimum order is 9 rooms.

Meeting room

The meeting room is located on the second floor of the farmhouse and seats up to 30 people in a theatre-style layout. WiFi, data projector, and a flipchart are provided in the seminar room. The layout of the seminar room can be adjusted to client’s preference.

Activities at Toosikannu

Ale-Sepa Holiday House is located inside of Toosikannu Wildlife Park. You can spot moose and red deer moving around the huge fenced area during morning and later in the evening. In wintertime, they hang around all day. Here you can enjoy wildlife watching safari tours by the Soviet vintage vehicles like 25-seat bus PAZ, vintage truck GAZ66 or modern UTV with five seats. Tours should be preordered and are guided and you will hear interesting stories about our wildlife park. We also arrange different nature trips on the territory and around: ATV tours, hikes on bog landscape all year around and snowmobile trips during snowy wintertime. You can pre-order testing your accuracy of your team at shooting range, or in archery(from spring to autumn). In addition, our partners arrange adventure and team-building games.

This venue is the perfect place to hold company summer or winter events, weddings, seminars, and training sessions. The rent of the whole venue consists of accommodation for 40 people, use of hall, seminar room, wood stove Finnish sauna and use of a hot tube. Guests are requested to bring sauna towels from the rooms.

And of course, you have a great opportunity to enjoy local sights as well. There is Adventure Park in Türi, Kirna Manor (read the STORY) is full of tulips, Bicycle museum at Väätsa, Dairy Museum in Imavere, Wittenstein Time Centre in Paide Tower, one of the best-preserving wooden church and Stroller Museum in Käru.
